using the laughter yoga concept
and various breathing & meditation exercices to:

Special Note
For all the above sessions:
No special outfit required. Come straight from work or in comfy clothes – your choice.
Anyone of any age is welcome, as long as you have previous experience with laughter.
You can bring a yoga mat or a blanket/towel for the laughter meditation part of the session and some water to hydrate yourself.
