Great before LBSR session as warm-up exercise

EXERCISE & ACTION:
Ask participants to look up, down, left, right (repeat randomly). Say the words up, down, left, and right in a random order and encourage the participants to follow your instructions. Keep giving directions at a fairly rapid pace.
Change the meaning of the words by reversing the meaning of the direction. Ie. participants look down when you say up, left, when you say right etc. Repeat
DISCUSSION POINTS:
Ask the participants how difficult it was to follow instructions when the meanings of words were changed.
Ask them to discuss any similar experiences they might have had in their real life.

KEY TAKEAWAYS:
It is difficult to learn new concepts without unlearning some old concepts and habits.
The old way of doing things interferes with learning new procedures.
Also a good neck stretch break after a long presentation
